   1. Crease the center

   White side up. Fold in half side to side and unfold.

   2. Fold the sides to the center

   Fold the left and right edges to the center line.

   3. Crease the top and bottom

   Fold the top edge down and the bottom edge up to meet in the middle, then unfold both. Two creases are left.

4. 

   4. Squash the roof

   Hold the two top inner corners and pull them out to the sides. Bring the top part down along the upper crease and press it flat: a wide trapezoid roof that sticks out on both sides.

5. 

   5. Fold the bottom up

   Fold the bottom edge up along the lower crease to meet the roof. Draw a door and windows and your house is done!
